CW Microtech provides complete in-house turn key solution from substrate design and engineering services to high volume manufacturing of Thick and Thin Film substrates. All of our products are manufactured in class 1000 equivalent in US. We routinely manufacture unusually shaped substrates (Alumina, Beryllia, Aluminum Nitride, Glass and Specialty material) with various types of conductors, insulators and passive components. We have manufactured through-hole, edge wrap and filled via metallization on single or double side multilayer patterns in high volume. We have in-house CO2 and YAG laser which help to reduce the cycle time. We have produced hermetic vias.
